—WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 2-YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE?

RockyRiverWhoodles guarantees that each puppy is in good health at the time of placement and has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Each puppy is guaranteed against life-altering congenital or hereditary genetic conditions for a period of two (2) years from the puppy’s date of birth.

—WHAT DOES THE 2-YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE COVER?

This guarantee covers serious, hereditary genetic conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s overall quality of life and are diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.

The buyer must notify RockyRiverWhoodles in writing within thirty (30) days of diagnosis and provide complete veterinary documentation.

RockyRiverWhoodles reserves the right to request a second veterinary opinion at the breeder’s expense.

If a covered, significant genetic condition is confirmed, RockyRiverWhoodles will, at the breeder’s discretion, either:

• Provide a replacement puppy from a future litter (when available), or

• Issue a refund.

—WHAT DOES THE 2-YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE NOT COVER?

The health guarantee does not cover conditions caused by accidents, injury, neglect, obesity, parasites, poor nutrition, or environmental factors.

Illnesses contracted after placement that are unrelated to genetic causes are not covered.

Normal, non-debilitating, cosmetic, or correctable conditions that do not significantly impact the puppy’s overall quality of life are also excluded.

Minor or manageable conditions that do not significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life are not covered.

—WHAT ARE THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS GUARANTEE?

The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of going home.

The puppy must receive routine veterinary care, proper nutrition, and preventative health measures.

The guarantee is void if the puppy is bred, transferred, altered (spayed/neutered), or placed outside of RockyRiverWhoodles’ written guidelines. We require all puppies to be spayed or neutered after 12 months of age and no later than 18 months. This timing supports proper physical and hormonal development. Proof of spay or neuter from a licensed veterinarIan is required once the procedure is completed.

—WHAT IS THE RETURN-TO-BREEDER POLICY?

If at any point the buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the puppy, the puppy must be returned directly to RockyRiverWhoodles.

Under no circumstances may the puppy be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or third party.

This policy ensures the lifelong safety, well-being, and responsible placement of every puppy bred by RockyRiverWhoodles.

—WHO DOES THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE APPLY TO?

This health guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
