A simple way to your puppy
Our Whoodle Adoption Process, Pricing & Delivery
From joining our waitlist to bringing your puppy home, I aim to make the process simple, exciting, and focused on helping you find the perfect match.
A non-refundable $500 deposit secures your place on our waitlist and is applied toward the total puppy price. The remaining balance of $2,300 is due one week prior to go home day.
How the process works:
1. Submit an Application
Families begin by completing our Puppy Application. This helps us learn about your lifestyle, experience, and what you’re hoping for in a companion.
2. Application Review & Approval
Applications are reviewed in the order received.
Approved families may:
• Join the callback list for an upcoming litter, or
• Place a deposit to reserve a puppy from an available litter or a future litter.
3. Puppy Selection
Puppy selections take place at 6 weeks old, either in person or through FaceTime. I help guide families through the selection process by sharing what I’ve learned about each puppy’s temperament and personality to help find the best fit for their family and lifestyle.
4. Reservation & Updates
Once your deposit is received, your puppy reservation is secured. Families receive weekly updates and photos as puppies grow and prepare for their new homes.
5. Go-Home Day
Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks or after. The remaining balance is due one week prior to go-home day. Each puppy goes home well socialized and prepared to begin life with their forever families.
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and secure payments through GoodDog.

Guided Puppy Foundations: Before going home, our puppies receive guided foundations including early manner, boundary awareness, grooming comfort, and crate introduction. These are age appropriate beginnings designed to support a smoother transition into home life and continue to develop with consistency once puppies are home.
Puppy Delivery Options🐾
We offer safe, flexible delivery options to make bringing your puppy home as seamless as possible, including the opportunity for in-person pickup at our location for those who prefer to meet their puppy where they were lovingly raised.

RockyRiverWhoodles is based in North Carolina and serves families across the United States. Our home-raised Whoodle puppies have joined families in Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Colorado, Massachusetts, and beyond. Whether you’re located nearby or several states away, we’re happy to help make bringing your puppy home a smooth and stress-free experience.

Perfect for shorter distances and a personalized hand-off.
• Rate: $40 per hour of drive time
• Meet-up: Delivered to a designated meeting location
• Best for: Nearby families who prefer face-to-face delivery
✈ Air Travel Delivery
Ideal for families located farther away.
• Puppy airfare: Covered by the buyer
• Delivery fee: $500-$800 (varies by time zone)
• Includes: Travel coordination, preparation, and hands-on care throughout the journey
